Our team of traders is fully qualified and gas safe certificated! We provide you with the Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (LGSC) to guarantee you and your tenants a hazard-free home according to the regulations 1998.
We will make sure all gas appliances; chimneys, fittings, and flues work correctly, are risk-free, and comply with UK safety standards.
Our Gas Safe Engineers perform annual Gas Safety Checks to ensure you and your tenants’ that all the appliances work efficiently and provide the Gas Safety Record (CP12 certificate). Plus, we will take care of the maintenance of your gas appliances throughout the year.
We also ensure that all the electrical work is carried out following the British standard for electrical safety, complying with the BS 7671.
Our qualified electricians follow the best practice of work in order to release all the certificates needed for you to be complaints with the British electrical standards.
We provide residential certifications for new electrical installations or periodic inspections (EICR Record).
